The North Shore Woods Subdivision is located in the Village of Harrison, immediately adjacent to the North Shore Golf Club. The subdivision features 29 residential building sites and an adjacent 18-acre private woods.
Each lot owner has a 1/30th ownership share in an 18-acre private park. This park, which is heavily wooded, has been dedicated to the North Shore Woods Owners' Association. A nature trail, approximately 2/3 of a mile in length, winds its way through the woods. Access to the trail is highlighted by a split rail fence between Lots 14 and 15.
A beautifully landscaped berm along North Shore Road greets residents and guests as they enter the subdivision. Approximately 3,500 plants and native grasses, as well as 30 trees, were planted on this berm.
All building sites are improved with water main laterals, sanitary and storm sewer laterals, as well as electric, natural gas, telephone and cable TV services.
A variety of building sites are offered, wooded and partially wooded lots, lots backing up to a pond, lots backing up to the North Shore Golf Club property, lots backing up to the landscaped berm, as well as standard interior building sites.
